MAv will advise you if you are buying or leasing the right aircraft for the intended use or not. To buy or lease an aircraft is not particularly difficult or expensive considering the state of the art in engineering technology that you are acquiring. However, selecting the right aircraft for the right operation is the difficult part and operating the wrong type in the wrong routes can become catastrophically expensive. Α. AIRCRAFT PURCHASE AGREEMENTS:
Market research, Finding the right aircraft or the right buyer, Carry out the initial negotiations, Put the agreed in a Letter Of Intent (LOI), Carry out all required inspections and when satisfied, Sign the final ASPA & Execute the ASPA to the acceptance.

Β. AIRCRAFT DELIVERY & REDELIVERY INSPECTION:

C. AIRCRAFT AND ENGINE LEASE MANAGEMENT:
When an aircraft owner or operator leases or subleases his aircraft out, on the one hand he will start generating revenue and on the other hand the headaches for possible mistreatment of his assets will start. MAv will manage your assets on lease by conducting periodic physical inspections and records audit of the airframe, components and engines. We will also manage and monitor maintenance checks & repairs as well as Maintenance Reserves and Reconciliations on behalf of our clients.

D. AIRCRAFT AND ENGINE END OF LIFE MANAGEMENT
Inevitably there will be a time in your aircraft’s life that it will no longer be economical to continue flying it or it may get involved in an incident after which it will be deemed beyond Economical Repair by the insurance or simply you will decide that it makes more sense to part it out than sell it or operate it.  The profitable dismantling of an aeroplane is a craft by itself but it can also become a headache for the owner. MAv can offer you a good end of life deal for your aircraft and/or engine by either outright purchase or we can part it out and market the salvageable components for you.
